Our property does not have a Cvent subscription, does that mean we cannot participate?

Great News! We offer a limited Cvent access for Preferred Extras Hotel Program Lite only so that you can submit your RFP. This is included in your participation fee to the program. Just reach out through our contact form.

Does participating in the program give me access to visit Amex GBT Offices?

As a Lite hotel your visibility to our traveler care professionals is enriched online. It does not extend to offline connections, and as such visits to offices is not granted.

Why is the program called Lite?

The Preferred Extras Hotel Program (PEHP) Lite enables hotel suppliers to join on an individual basis, whether they are independent properties, specific properties within a group, or being a smaller chain. The program is primarily focused on online opportunities, allowing hotels to offer dedicated rates exclusively to Amex GBT travelers.
